Before you apply for one of our transcription jobs, please honestly assess whether or not you are a phenomenal (top 3%) transcriptionist. Please do not apply if you are not. We only hire transcriptionists who consistently produce near-flawless work. If that does sound like you, please continue reading.

- Within your email, please include your desired rate per audio hour, explain your transcription experience in three or more sentences, explain your proofreading procedures and explain your availability.
- Make the subject line of your email “Transcription Jobs.”
- Conclude your email with the phrase “Sunny Day.”
If your cover letter meets our hiring requirements, you will be sent two tests that will allow us to get a better sense of your attention to detail and overall quality.
